Cancel your PBS Passport membership donation from Xfinity

If you are billed by Xfinity for a recurring donation, you can cancel your PBS Passport membership through the PBS app on your X1 TV Box, Flex streaming TV Box, or Xumo Stream Box.

Cancel your recurring donation

  1. Go to the PBS app on your X1 TV Box, Flex streaming TV Box, or Xumo Stream Box and scroll down to the Settings tab.
  2. Under Account, select Manage My Donations with your remote.
    Under the Settings tab at the end of the list on the left, select the Manage My Donations button right under the Account section at the bottom. Screenshot.
  3. To cancel, select Cancel Recurring Donation.

  4. Select Confirm Cancellation.
    Under Are you sure you want to cancel screen, select the Confirm Cancellation button at the bottom. Screenshot.
  5. Select Okay.
