As of June 2024, Xfinity customers are not able to create new Xfinity Email (comcast.net) accounts.
If you have an existing Xfinity Email account, you can continue to access and use your existing Xfinity Email account as you do today through the Xfinity Email website. You may be prompted to log in to your account using your Xfinity ID and password. In addition:
- You can create up to six secondary Xfinity IDs on your Xfinity account in addition to the primary user ID.
- Secondary user IDs will continue to have separate sign-in credentials.
- New secondary Xfinity IDs will not have an Xfinity Email account associated with them.
- You can use third-party email accounts to manage your Xfinity account.
- You can continue using your Xfinity Email address or Xfinity ID to log in to your account on xfinity.com and the Xfinity app.
If you transfer your Xfinity account to a new address, your email account won’t change. If you disconnect all of your Xfinity services, you can continue using your Xfinity Email account for as long as you remain an active user.
If you are no longer an Xfinity Internet or Xfinity Voice customer, you can still use your Xfinity Email (comcast.net) address; however, you can't add any new user IDs. Learn more about managing your email account even if you've disconnected your service.
