This article will help you update the marketing and email preferences for your XFINITY username using My Account.

Manage Your Marketing and Email Preferences

  1. Access My Account at xfinity.com.
  2. Click on the Users & Preferences tab.
  3. Choose the user account you'd like to update.
  4. Access the Basic Settings page.
  5. At the bottom of the page, click Manage marketing email preferences.

  6. The page will redirect to the Comcast email preferences page.
  7. Enter your email address in the blank box.

  8. To stop receiving the emails, select Click here to unsubscribe from all communications.
  9. To update preferences:
    • Click the Manage preferences button.
    • Check the box next to each preferred email type.
    • Click the Save Preferences button.
