Getting ready to move and transfer your XFINITY services to a new address? You can still access your account information online and view XFINITY On Demand content during your move.

My Account Access

To access your account information, go to xfinity.com/myaccount and sign in with your XFINITY username, email address or mobile phone number and password. Here, you can compare past bills with your current one and much more.

XFINITY TV Access

When you move, your XFINITY username and password will likely transfer with you. This means that you can continue to access your current level of service and enjoy select TV shows or movies online through the XFINITY Stream portal (www.xfinity.com/stream) or via the XFINITY Stream app.

If you are upgrading or downgrading your service, you will not have access to online content included in your new package until your service has been installed and activated at your new address.

XFINITY WiFi Access

You can stay connected during your move by using XFINITY WiFi along the way. If you are an XFINITY Internet customer (with Performance Tier and above), you can take advantage of the network of XFINITY WiFi hotspots before your XFINITY Internet service is installed at your new home. Find your nearest hotspot on the location map at www.xfinity.com/wifi.
