The Smart Home for Everyone

Comcast envisions the "Smart Home for Everyone" where we enable Accessibility through universal design application across products to enhance value for all customers, regardless of service or platform.

At Comcast's Accessibility Support Center for Customers with Disabilities, specially trained agents are available to assist our customers with disabilities with issues including Closed Captioning, video description and more.

Accessible Products

With input from customers with disabilities and disability community thought leaders, Comcast is working to make our products accessible to the widest possible audience. With accessible mobile apps, cable TV's first talking program guide, increased access to programming with video description and closed captions, and our Accessibility Customer Support Center and Accessibility Product Lab, we're developing a suite of XFINITY products to delight everyone.
