Periodically we review our pricing and update it in response to the rising costs of programming as well as increases in other expenses impacting our services. These pricing updates allow us to continue investing in the latest technology, features, and bring you the most reliable network available.  

If you have a promotional price or minimum-term agreement for specific services, prices for those services won’t change until that period is over. However, taxes and fees such as equipment charges, the Broadcast TV Fee and Regional Sports Network Fee, and service to additional TVs may change as needed. View your billing statement in your account to see your plan, charges, and fees anytime.

Timing varies by region, but most customers will see an increase starting January 2023.  

The “Broadcast TV” and “Regional Sports Network” fees are itemized charges that you'll see on your bill. These charges are not government-mandated fees and will increase from time to time. Both fees are based on our costs to provide either the local broadcast stations or the regional sports networks that we carry on our cable systems in each region. These costs include the fees that the broadcast stations or sports networks charge us to carry them on our cable systems, which are among our largest increasing costs. Neither of these fees are included as a part of our promotional pricing or pricing under your minimum-term agreement and can increase during your promotion or minimum-term; however, you'll receive advance notice before an increase takes effect.  

If pricing is changing in your area, you’ll receive a letter as part of your December 2022 bill, further explaining the changes. You can also  view your billing statement in your account, ask Xfinity Assistant about your bill, or read more about taxes, fees, and other charges.

If you’re currently enrolled in ACP, you will continue to receive your monthly ACP benefit as long as you qualify and remain enrolled in ACP with Xfinity.
