How do I update my Xfinity Mobile payment information?

We keep things simple by having you keep one credit or debit card on file for all your Xfinity Mobile payments. To protect your account, agents can’t update your payment information over the phone or through chat.

You can update your card anytime using the Xfinity app or Xfinity Mobile website.

Note: When you update your card, any outstanding balance and future automatic payments will be charged to the new card.
