Universal ticket redemption guide
Follow these steps to redeem your tickets

Sign in on Universal's site
- • Copy your code and visit the Universal ticketing site
- • If you don’t already have an account with Universal, select "Create Account" to get started
- • If you already have an account with Universal, enter your username and password to log in, select “Add Redemption Codes” in the top navigation, and skip to step 3

Create an account with Universal
- • Provide your name, email address, and phone number
- • Create a username and password
- • Choose a security question
- • Select "Step 2 - Enter Redemption Codes”

Enter redemption codes
- • Paste your redemption code from when you redeemed the perk. Forgot to copy it? Find it in your membership history
- • Note: Your code can only be added to your Universal account once and cannot be transferred

Confirm added codes
- • Select "Add Redemption Code" and it will appear under “Entered Redemption Codes”
- • Select "I'M DONE – Verify information" to continue

Verify your information
- • Review your login details, redemption codes, and account balance
- • Your ticket details will be shown under "Your Account Balance"
- • Select "Looks Good – Create My Account" to finish setting up your account
- • If you have changes, select "Cancel" to edit

Your account dashboard
- • Once your Universal account is created, you'll be brought to your account dashboard
- • Select "New Order" in the navigation bar to start booking your visit

Create order
- • Your available ticket options will be based on your redeemed code
- • Select "3–Park 1–Day Park–to–Park Ticket" under Product Selection

Select quantity and date
- • You’ll see your ticket details, including the expiration date
- • The calendar shows park availability — green dates are available, gray dates are unavailable
- • Select your dates and then "Add to Cart"

Review cart & continue
- • Your cart details will show at the top of the page
- • You can add more products or select "Next" to continue to check out
Step 10 of 11
Guest details
- • Enter the primary guest's name, phone number, and email address
- • Choose your delivery method and notification preferences
- • You will need a Photo ID matching the primary guest’s name to enter the park
Step 11 of 11
Confirm & submit order
- • Review the complete order summary including account, destination, delivery method, guest details, and ticket information
- • Select "Confirm and Submit Order" to finalize and have your tickets sent via your preferred method
