How will the New Google Tensor G2 processor improve my experience?
Google introduced its custom designed Tensor chip with the Google Pixel 6 that uses increased AI and machine learning functionality. The G2’s machine learning runs up to 20% faster and up to 60% more efficiently on the Pixel 7. In fact, the G2 quite literally makes your smartphone, well, smarter—especially when it comes to recognizing your voice and face. The voice assistant will now automatically suggest emojis while you’re dictating texts. Even cooler, audio messages can be transcribed in real time and sent directly to your Google Messages app.
What are the specs of the Google Pixel 7 vs Pixel 7 Pro?
The Google Pixel 7 has a 6.3-inch display, better selfie camera and longer battery life. The Pixel 7 Pro features a triple camera, an upgraded telephoto camera and a 6.7-inch display with a variable refresh rate.
The Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro's front camera also powers the Face Unlock—and both phones have an in-display fingerprint scanner as well.
The Tensor G2 also has a dedicated TPU for dedicated AI.
Do the Google Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro Phones feel smoother?
The improved processing power of course makes for a smoother user experience—but in a literal sense, the new Zirconica-blasted aluminum makes your smartphone feel physically smoother too.
Is the Google Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro more secure than past models?
The Pixel 7 series comes with the Titan M2 chipset for added security; it also gets five years of security updates, which sounds nice and is good for peace of mind. The “protected computing” feature is meant to de-identify data, shrink data collection from outside sources and restrict data access.
Does the Google Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro know if you snored throughout the night?
Believe it or not, yes! On its daily bedtime summary screen, the Pixel shows you how long you snored and how many times you coughed while sleeping. The idea is to help you understand the quality of sleep you’re getting by analyzing the audio from coughs and snores during the night.
The feature uses Pixel 7’s microphone without recording or sharing data with anyone.
Will the Google Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro cameras Unblur my photos?
The cameras in Google Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro feature impressive upgrades. You can extend your range up to 8x with Google’s next-generation Super Res Zoom on the Pixel 7 and up to 30x on the Pixel 7 Pro. With the Pixel 7 Pro, get super close to small subjects (think caterpillars or flowers) with Macro Focus that delivers Pixel HDR+ photo quality from as close as three centimeters away. And best of all? Never despair over a blurry photo again with the Photo Unblur app—only available on Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro. Photo Unblur uses machine learning to improve blurry pictures—even old ones.

The Pixel Pro starts at $899.
What makes the Pixel Watch stand out?
The Pixel Watch will embed health tracking features from Fitbit, which Google acquired for $2.1B.

The Pixel Watch also comes with a six-month Fitbit premium membership. The service includes access to more than 200 workouts, offers information on how sleep and heart rate trends have changed over time and more.
Google says the Pixel Watch can last up to 24 hours on a single charge, which would be six hours longer than the Apple Watch Series 8. The Pixel Watch starts at $349.99 for Bluetooth and WiFi and $399.99 for 4G LTE.
