This year, we are excited to bring you new ways to enjoy being with Xfinity. We are replacing Xfinity Rewards with a brand-new membership experience bringing all your favorite rewards together with even more benefits, including epic experiences, everyday perks, and meaningful savings.

And the best part? Xfinity membership benefits are included with your Xfinity services. There’s no sign-up required and no additional cost—if you’re with Xfinity, you’re already a member. From day one, you’ll have access to benefits that grow with you over time, and new benefits dropping weekly to keep things fresh and fun.

How does it work?

Your membership is active simply by being an Xfinity customer with at least one eligible Xfinity service. Not sure which services qualify? Find out here. You can also explore which benefits are available at any time simply by logging in to your account on the Xfinity website or through the Xfinity app.

As your relationship with Xfinity grows, so do your benefits. Membership tiers are determined by either how long you’ve been with Xfinity or how many eligible Xfinity services you have (such as internet, TV, or mobile) - whichever is better. Each tier unlocks more membership benefits.

What can you expect from Xfinity membership benefits?

Xfinity membership benefits will deliver value in three ways: through perks, discounts, and exclusive experiences. Many benefits will be available regularly, while others will have limited availability. You can find detailed, up-to-date information about membership benefits on the Xfinity website or in the Xfinity app.

Membership perks

Think of membership perks as treats on repeat. From movie rentals to limited-edition merchandise, membership perks are always evolving. New perks are added regularly, with fresh drops every Thursday.

Members will find weekly or recurring perks like movie tickets or digital gift cards, limited-edition merchandise, special movie giveaways, or special prices on select movie rentals. It’s an easy way to add a little extra enjoyment to your week—on us.

Membership discounts

Membership discounts unlock a wide range of savings. You’ll find discounts that help you get more value from products and services you already love or perhaps give you an opportunity to get something you’ve been wanting to try at a lower price.

Discounts may include savings for members with multiple Xfinity services, special pricing on streaming subscriptions, reduced-price tickets to Universal Parks, discounts at NBCUniversal and Bravo online shops, and savings on devices and accessories from Xfinity Mobile. Membership discounts may have limited windows for use and availability may change over time.

Membership exclusives

For moments that go beyond everyday benefits, membership exclusives offer access to experiences you can’t get anywhere else. These benefits are all about creating unforgettable moments and giving members a behind-the-scenes look at the entertainment they love.

Membership exclusives are limited-window opportunities to access unique experiences such as early movie screenings, sneak peeks and behind-the-scenes content from NBCUniversal shows and films, exclusive virtual interactions with talent, first access to select gaming beta releases, or access to backstage passes and VIP experiences.
