Xfinity is making everything even more simple, easy, and awesome! Just ask Bill Slowsky Jr., or “Junior” as he likes to be called. He’s living life in the fast lane thanks to Xfinity’s Customer Service and spreading the word on how he can get help wherever and whenever he needs it.

Junior loves the My Account app, because it has been designed to save you time. Access your Xfinity account and preferences, manage service appointments, pay your bill or check for an outage in your area. Even troubleshoot if an issue comes up that requires you to restart, one click of a button in the app reboots your X1 box or Wireless Gateway. Junior especially likes this feature, because it really is fast and easy and that’s what he is all about. Lastly, if you aren’t finding the answers you are looking for, simply ask Xfinity a question in the top bar on the home screen right in the app.
