We’re detecting a connection issue.

But it’s most likely an easy fix — try tightening your TV and Internet cables.

Received an alert? Here’s what’s going on…

Our network notifies us when something doesn’t seem quite right.

If we reached out to you, we have detected that you may have loose connectors in your home. When this happens, you may start to notice slower Internet speeds, spotty WiFi coverage
or problems with your TV. As part of our commitment to you, we want to help fix the issue to make sure you have the most reliable service.

Fixing the issue might be easier than you think.

Tighten Cables

Please check the connectors to all your equipment and to the wall to be sure they’re tight — this includes any splitters between the equipment and the wall if you have them. The goal is to make sure they are "finger-tight" without having to use any tools.
